I work with teams to strengthen and coordinate delivery across priorities, helping turn strategy into implementation. This can include interim, fractional, program leadership support tailored to organizational needs.

My focus is on project leadership, delivery and change management, creating engaging, relevant learning that supports practical application.

I had the pleasure of working with Gordon on user-centered research, policy design and implementation within Planning Reform. Gordon was excellent to work with, bringing a real knowledge of delivery within civil service and a good understanding of what it takes to implement policy. This was particularly important in a large reform program with a lot of stakeholders and delivery agents. Are you eligible to work in the US?

Yes, I am fully authorized to work across the USA.

Are you operating as a limited company?

I operate as an independent consultant (sole proprietor). I invoice clients directly and handle my own tax and compliance obligations.

How much do your services cost?

What qualifications do you have?

I hold qualifications in project, program and change management obtained in the UK and relatable to both PMP and Prosci. I also hold a qualification in training design and delivery.

No, I live in the US on a long-term spousal visa.

How do I pay for your services?

I invoice for services and can be paid via bank transfer. For tax purposes, I provide a W-9 form as an individual contractor

I am currently studying towards a MSc in project management, which I expect to complete in Fall 2026. I have an associate degree in leisure and tourism management.
